Yep, which begs the question who is paying for the suit?
Larry Klayman is, although it's not expensive to file, so it's not a big deal. Klayman is notorious for using suits as publicity vehicles, particularly if there's an angle to hurt the Clintons. Most of his suits are either dismissed by the courts, or he dismisses them himself when he gets the publicity was after. He's been barred from multiple courts, censured multiple times, and is just generally a sack of human scum.

This was arguably his finest lawsuit:
In April 2011, Klayman filed a lawsuit against Facebook, accusing the social media website of "negligence" for not responding quickly enough to calls to take down an anti-Israel "Third Intifada" page and demanding $1 billion in damages.

Wait, maybe this one:
In October 2014, Klayman sued the Obama administration, claiming that it secretly allowed the Ebola virus to enter the United States so it could be used against Americans of the "Caucasian race and Jewish-Christian religion".

So I guess the days of covert racism and not bringing attention to themselves is over.

Thanks trump.

On one hand it sucks knowing how many of these assholes exsist, especially as police, on the other hand there self identification makes it easier to point out who they are.

So then shouldn't the cops being suing themselves? BLM most likely would not have came to be if it wasn't for bad apple cops.

In 2010, Klayman represented Vincent Forras in a lawsuit against Feisal Abdul Rauf to prevent the building of the so-called "Ground Zero mosque."
In July 2015, Klayman sued Obama and members of Congress to block the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 and the proposed agreement regarding Iran's use of nuclear power.
In April 2016, Klayman sued the Republican National Committee, alleging its leaders conspired to deprive Donald Trump from being awarded the delegates he had won in the 2016 Republican Party primary for Florida.
In 2012, Klayman filed on behalf of a Florida resident an unsuccessful challenge to Barack Obama's placement on the primary ballot and claimed the president is not a natural-born citizen as required by the Constitution.
Klayman urged a conservative rally in Washington, D.C., to begin a "second American non-violent Revolution" and demanded that President Obama "put the Quran down ... [and] figuratively come out with his hands up."
Weeks later, Klayman sponsored a "Reclaim America" rally in Lafayette Square across from the White House, calling for the president's removal. Klayman had encouraged "millions to occupy Washington D.C.," but reported attendance was between 130 and 200.
In 2012, a Judicial Watch employee falsely told Orly Taitz that Klayman had been convicted of not paying child support (Klayman had been indicted, but the charges were later dismissed). Taitz then published the employee's comment on her website. Klayman sued Judicial Watch for defamation, and in 2014, a federal jury awarded Klayman $156,000 in compensatory damages and $25,000 in punitive damages

Following Klayman's behavior in a 1992 trial in California federal court, Judge William Keller barred Klayman from his courtroom for life. Five years later, in a separate case in New York, Klayman's behavior led then district judge Denny Chin to issue a lifetime ban on the attorney practicing law before him.

In 1998, Klayman sued his mother for $50,000, seeking reimbursement for medical care provided to his maternal grandmother. After Klayman's brother told Newsweek magazine of the lawsuit, Klayman alleged that the Clinton White House was responsible for the magazine acquiring the information.

This guy is obviously just nuts, but unfortunately it does seem to be a pretty mainstream conservative and republican belief that Obama is the actual cause of these recent race issues.

He's an uppity negro that doesn't know his place, therefore he is a cause. That's how they see it.

Extollere

Sucks at poetry
Black ppl don't be black and don't mind your own business while black. If you do this and you are treated unfairly or shot, don't protest, or try to raise awareness, cuz that's just insensitive and straight up offensive, and we will sue you... for something.

PAUSE EVERYTHING... We can sue Presidents?

Is it too late to file a class action lawsuit against President Bush and Vice President Cheney over the Iraq war?

This post needs facts out of obligation to correct inaccuracies:

Through September 2015 83 police officers died in the line of duty.13 of those officers died from heart attacks. 19 died in car accidents. Three died from 9/11 illnesses. 26 officers were shot and killed in the line of duty.
Half those police officers killed in the line of duty were black.

Compare those numbers to the 662 American citizens killed by police through September 1st of 2015.

This idea that police deaths lie at the hands of black activists is laughable.
