Why would she be dwelling on killing Wesley? She alluded to having shot someone before and he kidnapped and threatened her.

The latest Empire magazine have a feature on The Punisher and have two new shots of him. John Bernthal also describes a scene from late in the season.

It is assumed that Daredevil and Punisher will end up in an alliance but reading the description myself, it really doesn't sound like an alliance.

I like the idea that Daredevil pretty much assisted in the creation of The Punisher. At least I'm hoping they take that tack. If Daredevil wasn't out there running around, whose to say Frank might not have been inspired and gone down that route.

"one bad day away" was used in Killing Joke, but it was originally in a Daredevil comic in '85 or '86 (Slayven would probably know better). However, I think in the comic, it's Elektra saying it.
