I bought a bag of the Hershey miniature chocolates, and I pick through it like i'm trying to avoid stepping in dog poop. Like, 1/4th of this bag is inedible. Dark chocolate is obviously a cost cutting method so companies can raise their profit margins, and the worst part is the people who think it's better than milk chocolate.

Can we all agree? No one really likes this stuff. I can't even give this stuff away, I have to pay my friend to eat them.

Well your first mistake was judging all of dark chocolate based on Hershey's. Also, it's not less expensive. There is more chocolate in it! That's more expensive than sugar or milk.

Try some legit dark chocolate even from Trader Joe's. It'll set you back about $2 for a good sized bar.

Your problem is with Hershey's, which is garbage tier chocolate. Good dark chocolate is fantastic, and I much prefer it over the diabetic sugar-bomb most milk chocolate is these days. Disagree if you want. I'm sure there are plenty of people that prefer Big Macs over filet mignon.
