Seeing how this is supposed to be the end of the Dark Souls trilogy, I hope they don't change the ending with the DLC like Dark Souls 2 did. Dark Souls 3 kinda needs to end well on its own seeing how its wrapping up things.

I have a feeling 2 only needed to to tie into Dark Souls 3, though.



I think the broken archstone was cut content, not necessarily intended as DLC.

I red somewhere that they used a lot of it in DS1, mostly in Sens fortress.

The idea of pre-ordering DLC that you don't know anything about has always seemed crazy to me. Yet, here I am, ready to pre-order this immediately. Artorias and Old Hunters were some of the best DLC i have ever played, and I've heard similar things about the DLC from DSII. I expect nothing but amazing things.

Season Passes are great as long as you have an established record of doing things alright.

Say what you want about, say, COD's season passes, you know what you're getting, and they tend to add a few extras here and there. Fair enough, that's a value proposition.

I'd easily get a season pass based on how much I loved Old Hunters alone.

As much as I've loved From's past DLC efforts I just can't bring myself to buy a season pass sight unseen. I'll wait until the DLC is out before taking the plunge

It IS crazy 99.9999% of the time. But Miyazaki might be the best in the industry at it, so if there was any developer that I was willing to give money to sight unseen, then it would be From. Already preordered DS3 and prepared to die. A lot.

2 DLCs sounds nice. at least there is something to look forward to after the initial release. also yes, don't change the story.

Given how amazing each piece of Dark Souls DLC has been and Bloodborne being absolutely fantastic I am totally ok with this.
