I can't imagine a lot people buying SotFS on PS4 with Bloodborne coming out. I for one will be buying SotfS on PS4 after I've had my fix with Bloodborne, which may be a while.
Unless there is a cheap upgrade option on PC from the base version I own then I certainly won't be getting for a long while. A new game in Bloodborne will always take priority over a rejigged game I've already played. In fact even if the upgrade is cheap I may not get it as I can't see when I'll next have time to play it.
Its a shame this couldn't have been available earlier.

This is why I don't get why Namco wants to release it so close to Bloodborne. XB1 sales will be fine but the PS4 sales are going to get absolutely crushed since the newer prettier game is a week before it. Why would you do something that's so clearly going to crush your immediate sales on the console with the largest install base right now?
Not really, it's a souls game, the vast majority of sales will always come from Playstaion platforms, if you look at leaderboards in DS games, the number of times killed & stuff like that is vastly higher than the other versions, sometimes combined. The majority of the Souls community won't just leave the platform all of a sudden, even if the sales are muted it will still sell better on PS4 because the vast majority of the community is on Playstation.
