I think we've reached new levels of slop bullshit.

So I'm wondering what GAF thinks of this. Should stuff like this be yanked of off online stores? Or be allowed. Because this is obviously a blatant as fuck rip-off of Gears of War, yet might also just be a legal, valid product in its own right.

Holy shit, lmao. This is definitely one of the best ones I've seen. One of the shots on the store page basically shows an enemy T posing. Incredible.

Depends on how earnest this is trying to be as a game regardless of the clear "inspirations". The solo dev generic 3rd person shooters with enormously proportioned lead characters have more creativity then this anyways.

I remember in the video store, there was a lot of trash direct-to-video movies that riffed off of other more successful ones.

It's nothing new, happens in all forms of media. Nintendo just needs a better recommendation algorithm (if they got any).
