Nah. The beats Em raps on now (which aren't Dre) are terrible. Relapse was the last album full of Dre beats and if there's anything people can agree on with that album is that the production was fine.

But now we got shitty Eminem + shitty production = me no likey.

So yeah, that beat rating should be much lower, for that reason IMO.
