Didn't the first game just come out?

I added it to my wishlist (on Switch 2) because it looks like it costs too much for being just a rogue type game.

Awesome, I really enjoyed the first one. It's not listed for Switch 2 in that video but hopefully they port it over; otherwise I'll look to get it on PS5 if it has gyro support.

Less than a year ago. It is Prophecy Games who are associated with HiRez so I'm not surprised they're trying to milk it. They absolutely ruined the Tribes franchise and then abandoned not one but two Tribes games so they get nothing from me.

Yeah and it's really interesting too because the game used to be a fairly decent (at the time) extraction shooter called Starsiege: Deadzone. But as soon as it started tanking they basically took the assets from the game and made it into Deadzone Rogue, which clearly was a good call on their part as it brought more success.

Yuuuuup! Right there with you man. I actually really dug HiRez for a bit there, but then they just started making more and more questionable decisions. I still hate how they mishandled Tribes myself.
