Decent sized earthquake here in San Diego

Didn't feel shit in San Francisco. Hopefully stays that way.

Good sized 10-12 second rumbler down here in SD. My brother is visiting and says he pee'd himself a little LMAO 😂

Anyone else in SoCal feel it?

I was awake and in North County, second floor. I could barely tell it was an earthquake. I only realized it was because it went on for more than a couple seconds.

lost my earthquake virginity to this one, damn it was actually pretty scary to wake up to! cool to see it was a decent sized one, it had my apartment building shaking.

Shook me awake, north orange county area. Woke up just for the tail end of it, barely conscious enough at the time to really process it.

However not long after I heard my dog sniffing at the bedroom door. Must have woken him up too and he wanted to come be with me. Probably ruffled his feathers a bit. I let him in and we both fell back to sleep together.

In the morning I noticed a text from my girlfriend just after it had happened. She's afraid of earthquakes so she was grumpy about it.

This one wasn't shit. Now the 1994 Northridge 7.3... I was pretty close that day and that made my asshole pucker up.

Didn't feel it, but I'm in LA. I don't feel a lot of them even when they are in LA, though.

What I do know is being woken up by one is one of the scariest fucking things to have happen, though.

This quake woke me which is rare for a quake to do. Woke up towards the end and went right back to sleep. Ended up seeing reports on it on the news and didn't realize how big it was. At work, the elevators shutdown as a safety measurement due to the quake, had to walk my fat ass up the stairs.

It basically felt like nothing here in San Diego. I was awake and on GAF.

Bigger than the usual shakers, and it did have a nice rolling motion to it...other than that, it wasn't really anything of note.

Is it the beginning of something. . .bigger? I mean there has been quite a bit of talk about the San Andreas fault in SC. Be safe people! I hope it's an isolated case.
