If I was able to beat Ninja Gaiden 2 and and Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma on Master Ninja difficulty, do you think I will have a problem with this? My friend keeps claiming that this is the hardest, most frustrating game ever.

Well, I probably couldn't get past the first level of NG2 on that difficulty but I've beat Demon's Souls like 4 times. It's a much different kind of difficult, it's more about patience and tact than fast reflexes.

They're are equally hard, but the style of this game is totally the opposite of Ninja Gaiden.

If Ninja Gaiden is all about quickness and reflex, then this game is about strategy and calculated moves. The enemies are slow but they hit hard, and they time their attacks, just when you think that it's safe to attack, they launch their subsequent hits.

Adjust to the game, and I think you should be fine

I would love to pick this up, especially at this price, but I don't need to add another game to my backlog. Currently playing SMG2 and Valkyria Chronicles. Maybe when I finish those games, though I'm concerned if I'll be able to devote the amount of hours that are needed for it.
