First, you need to fix the wording. "Assessment of the Trauma Patient" sounds awkward as hell.

Then drop the yellow dot on the kid photo. You don't need to show his spine is broken, given that image implies something bad with the text already.

It's for my coworkers who are nurses. I work in a trauma ICU so this is pretty easy to understand.
