Coming from Mass Effect Andromeda, the idea of Destiny 2 making me fly from planet to planet makes me wanna throw up.

My bad, I shouldve said make me fly from planet to planet... but make it fun.

They just need to include more raids from the get go, include matchmaking, make the story missions more engaging than just "press X and defeat waves", and dont lean to heavily into the microtransaction shit.. and we gonna have a contender for GOTY.

Doubt that. I'm expecting more side quests, longer story (about double what vanilla had), more replayability options for story, same number of strikes/raid, horde mode day 1, more limited time events, more micros(but drip-fed free remasters of strikes/raids/guns from Destiny 1), and some type of new coop experience.

Bungie had it almost right the first time they need a major content drop every 2-3 months including some form of endgame for it like a raid or prison of elders style. The pace they were on at first was fantastic. The gap between taken king and everything after is what killed it for me

Sounds like your network connection or something related, I haven't had any issues with the loading times although that may just be relative.

Nope. Have a pretty solid connection and my Xbox was the only device actively using it. Jumped into some Overwatch right after with no issues. Most of it seemed to be loading times after cutscenes in RoI missions.

Tell me about it! I can't find myself too annoyed when I have that playing in the background. I usually utilize that time to look up quests and other info with some rad background music.

I ain't on a particular side here, just noticing an interesting trend. This is the cycle of business. Shit that ain't normal becoming normal because people either stop caring or younger people grow up and it's all they know and normal to them


Hope the trailer is good, really looking forward to the game. Loved the gameplay of destiny 1, didn't like the grinding and PvP (at least at launch. Unbalanced mess and supers were broken as f). Wonder if this one will come to PC.
