Detroit Become Human E3 2017 trailer

This is one of my most anticipated games currently.

Actually, it's probably the only game next to Dreams that I want to buy.

I originally was interested but the more I see this game the more I realise how sick I am of the robot gaining conscious and fighting back cliché in Sci fi. Its been done to death and hardly do I ever see a different take. Everything in the trailer just made me groan. Pass.
I mean you can probably choose to not do too much for that angle lol. If you dont like it make it fail :P Thats the beauty of it.

Yes but even the fact that they didn't seem to spend a lot of time doing the detective work. It looked like the skipped ahead to the balcony scene and they still had all they needed to calm him down. And the fact that the "trust meter" jumped from 60ish% to 100% with one conversation option..

Like remember in Heavy Rain where you had to remember all the items you touched in the jewelry store, and if not, the next scene changed completely?

I don't know. Maybe i'm nitpicking. I loved all their games so far so i trust QD to deliver. It's just something i noticed.
The scene in Heavy Rain was like 2/3 into the game to be fair. The one in Detroit is probably gonna be the 2nd scene you play after starting a New Game. Making it super hard and unforgiving would be rather cruel. It's supposed to be a tutorial sandbox for Connor's mechanics I'm pretty sure. Although I can imagine the percentage meter will be more punishing depending on difficulty. Aka on Easy mode which was probably used for the conference each positive answer gives a big boost compensating lack of exploration a bit while on Normal its small and you need all the detective elements to "win". Was similar in Heavy Rain where Easy mode almost made you auto succeed sometimes to make it approachable for people who are entirely alien to gaming and the control scheme

Wasn't so crazy abut this trailer/sequence as the previous ones, but I'm still in. Don't really get to see a lot of adventure games with a AAA budget.

Not as good a showing as last year - it didn't really give a good sense of the choices and their implications, though that might be to avoid spoilers.

Pretty much!

This is damn good art.

People will play differently in the comfort of their own home, without showfloor distractions, with the preparation of earlier scenes in the game.
