I'll probably get it at some point on the PS4. I'm hoping that eventually Blizzard develops a new IP for next gen consoles. I'm sure sales of this game will influence their decision somewhat.

There is no "better version" for Diablo 3, it was a boring game on PC and it will still be a boring game on consoles.

I killed millions of mobs and it wasn't fun at all. I couldn't finish it. Just too many mobs and not enough creativity in level design.

That's pretty much the point of a top down action RPG.

Yea, I was pretty shocked when I saw it was coming out on 360 as well.

If I get it, I will get it on 360 since all of my friends have one.

Itemization is still really bad in this game. They are discussing an overhaul of some kind so imo I wouldn't get any version until it's fixed. The story mode is very short like most arpgs but what keeps you playing in them is the loot hunt. The loot hunt in this game is very bad atm so I say hold off for awhile.

At this point, it was more a button masher than anything else... We needed smarter mechanics.

At least that's what I thought.

I saw the press release for the 360 version and it was very down played.


Seeing as how nobody knows it was announced for 360 I am guessing the assumed Sony moneyhat did its job.

I'll probably wait for the next gen version. It really comes down to if you want to play with friends and what system they are getting it on.
