It's not clear, but those shots are probably from the PS3 version as Atlus have not shown any media from the PS4 version yet, and the max. resolution of those screenshots is 1280 x 720.

the screenshots with the crowd are a little bizarre,the npcs don't have faces.

It's not uncommon in modern anime to do this (make people in crowd scenes drastically less detailed then the main characters). Certainly fits the loner vibe that the main characters have.

Even with delays this year is going to be absolutely silly. Uncharted 4 and Zelda being in the pipeline for 2016 is actually reassuring, I couldn't hold all these games otherwise.

Yeah Devil Survivor Overclocked was only a week difference for Japan and NA but that is also a game that was already localized as it is and was a re-release mostly with an extra bit of content.

Sony is pouring money into this to 1) Get the PS4 port up to snuff and 2) Get it out in the west in 2015.

So yeah, I can totally see a JP release in August/September and November release in the US, at least.
