18 January 2013 (UK) Exam time. Great. T________________TDjango Unchained hits theaters December 25th, 2012.
a role in this movie? They did. And he fucked it up twice. The Darkest Hour is terri-bad and Killer Joe isn't very good.

Im honestly dissapointed this isnt a remake of the Django western from back then,
Seriously, shit would have been hot fucken fire, just look at how badass he is, He walks from town to town dragging a coffin if that isnt badass enough, the coffin contains a fucken gatling gun.

I dunno. I never fully bought Uma in Kill Bill, but I know they're best friends and she helped come up with the idea. Everyone else was fantastic, though.
Franco Nero is a god among men
Emile Hirsch is such a likeable guy. Love him.
It would have been so great to see Will Smith in this type of role, but Foxx should do a solid job.
I'm quite intrigued by Leo DiCaprio's role.
I know the feel. After Pulp followed Dogs, they Jackie followed Pulp, I was like "woah, this guy is on fire!" But then after Kill Bill and Inglorious Basterds, good movies, don't get me wrong, I was a little deflated. I hope he turns it around, but his first three movies were truly outstanding. His next three were merely good. I hope it's not the start of the decline...Is it a sequel or prequel to that other Django movie with QT in it?

Edit: I appear to have quoted something not at all connected to my post. NVM, my bad.
Yeah, Death Proof was great as well.
death proof is by far my least favorite tarantino.

Looks like we're getting close to the requisite list wars part of the thread!
Jackie Brown > Inglourious Basterds > Pulp Fiction > Reservoir Dogs > Kill Bill Vol. 2 > Death Proof > Kill Bill Vol. 1
Lol..Thought this thread would eb about programming with Django.... I'm disappointed![]()
It's just an opinion? An actor has been announced for the main role and since its based on an existing IP people have expectations. In my case, while Jamie is a more skilled actor than Nero, Nero seems a lot more cooler to me. Style is really important for this type of roles.Everyone bitching about Foxx makes me LOL. Because you know so much more about who's right for a role QT wrote.. much more than QT himself right?
They seem more like movies his shitty agent told him to do to raise his profile again. The guy is leagues ahead of JGL for the sole fact that I buy him as the lead of a movie. But he's also amazing in Into the Wild and MILK.
JGL in a Spielberg film as well this year. Fucking christ.
Really interested in seeing how Leo plays Candie. I wasn't convinced at first but this could really work.

That's my perception... just that.
Because Nero played the main role in the original which was a western that distinguish itself from the rest because of its style? Jamie doesn't resonate with me as cool or stylish, that's all. But at least there´s the explanation of why i keep mentioning Nero.is there any reason why you keep mentioning Nero? Besides the fact he played in a movie called Django? This is a different movie it's not a sequel/prequel so I don't get why you mention him as if he was rumored to be the main character at all. the main character is a black slave. As far as I know if Nero was to be in the movie it would be cameo.

Deathproof is not good, but if you take grindhouse as its whole silly experience its not all that bad.
