Sure do. I purchased both mainline LittleBigPlanet titles on release, and have no regrets about it. 2 especially has some of the best potential for user generated content I've seen in a game. I don't know how much of that has been tapped into, since I spend more time making things than I do playing levels, but I know that there are some really cool, and fun, and wacky levels out there.

Like that ridiculous Street Fighter level from way back in the beta. That's always a hilariously fun experience.

It's just the terminology you've used. I get what you are saying but you could have explained it better. Instead of saying "kiddy" you could have said something like "a light-hearted approach to the aesthetics," as an example.

There's nothing wrong with being turned off by the aesthetics of a game or anything else. Maybe it's a bit shallow but whatever, it's not a big deal.

Yes a third-year college student/Psychology major should be able to better articulate himself than utilizing childish adjectives such as "kiddy" but this is an internet forum so...

I wouldn't say it's the term "kiddy". You basically think that it's wrong for you to enjoy entertainment that is colorful and that doesn't pretend to be edgy, dark or violent. People of all ages enjoy fun experiences, kids might indeed play LBP, but that making it unacceptable for you to play it is a bit... weird. Kids love pizza, roller coasters and video games - hey, so do adults. You shouldn't be in a perpetual mission to show people who grown up you are because the video games you play are rated M.

32 here. I have LBP2 and even tried to sell, then I "discover" the creation mode.
I mean, you can place a XOR gate in a circuit board!!!
This is not kid game! Its amazing. From time to time I play again.

I still don't know what to do with XOR gates. I may be (almost certainly am) missing something, but they've always seemed like a shortcut tool that could be accomplished with the other pieces of logic.

I play and love LBP.

MM only need to correct the weird jump system and make better boss fight to trash Mario (Mario have better jogability, more precise gameplay and good boss fight).

Stop worrying about what it is or what to call it and worry about if its fun.

This is the end all NUMBER ONE problem with the game industry entirely.

Man, this brings up memories I remember skipping out on Jak and Daxter 2, just got a PS2 and it was a bundle with the first God of War, Getaway, Jak and Daxter and some F1 racing game, and it was all about God of War. I mean, come on, I was 17 dammit, I've grown up from playing platformers!

In short OP, go have some fun. The world doesn't give a shit what you do in your free time.
