Join the Thirteenth and Tenth Doctors on a quest to save the universe.

Maze Theory, BBC Studios, and Just Add Water have announced Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality, a first-person adventure sequel to the virtual reality title Doctor Who: The Edge of Time, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. It will launch in spring 2021.

I like Doctor Who, but I have no idea what the gameplay is. Haven’t watched the Jodie W series, but Tennant immediately piqued my interest. Nothing to do but wait, I guess.
 
Continual rotation of Dalek/Cybermen/Weeping Angels - I thought the old canon was dead to Chibnall?
The worst ratings in the shows history have had them scrabbling to try and woo fans back with old villains returning.

Of course they can't right good fiction for toffee, and put their political agenda before continuity, so they've generally ruined all the things they've brought back, further pissing fans off instead.

Basically it's gone as well as everything else they've done.

Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker or Peter Davidson in a DW game would have been gangbusters.

This 10th and 13th Doctor offering...not so much.
