Does anyone here sleep on the floor?

Sometimes I will sleep on the floor if I am visiting family and there aren't enough beds or something. But not really in general.

I love sleeping on the floor, actually. As long as I have a pillow, I rarely wake up feeling anything but extremely well-rested.

Only do so when one of the kids is having nightmares or when we have a newborn that needs constant attention.

Highly recommend it, though.

Yes when my back is acting up. It tends to really help. Funny thing is I bought a firm mattress and I absolutely hate it.

Actually, now that I think back, I used to do this a lot as a kid, but mostly so I could capture the air coming out of the vent. That sweet, sweet air conditioned blanket :P

I used to love sleeping on floors as a kid. Not sure why honestly... I think I had sleepovers or we were too broke to afford a good mattress for me.

But yeah, if anyone have a hard time with their mattress, I can recommend the toughest mattress from Sealy, the extra firm.

I did that too. Also, started using a fan around 20 years old and still use one every night (I don't always have it pointed in my direction, but the sound alone is very relaxing to me.

Yeah sometimes especially when I have a hard time falling asleep I don't really remember the logic that drives me to do it, but it is good for the back I think.

I went through a phase when I was like 10 or 11ish where I slept on the floor in between my beds (took my bunk beds apart) for a few months. For some reason I just randomly started doing it, and then one day I decided to stop. I have no idea how I managed to do it.

Last year I got sick and was having insane night sweats. Throughout the course of the night, I would start off in bed, soak it, move to my couch, soak it, and then finally end up on the floor. It was awful and I don't know how anyone could sleep on the floor by choice anymore.

My mom does this sometimes because she says it helps ease her back pain. I've laid down for an hour or so sometimes and it's quite comfy.

Hardwood floor in my room, so nope.

I had my fair share of floor-sleeping during sleepovers in middle school. Had to do it like a week ago and it brought back memories.
