Go Austria and buy all the city states and get 'free' military and upgraded cities. Also rush Stonehenge and be the first to form a religion and use it to make silly amounts of gold early game.

If the base game doesn't have all the tech changes then 4 City Iron Rush, or Archer Rush. Archer Rush works even better if you have Inca as they have no reduction against cities.

Also you can steal workers from other Civs/City States but just declaring war and taking the unit and leaving. Also the AI will pay 240 gold for Luxury Resources, and this gets cancelled when you go to war. You can also declare war on an AI when you first meet them and they'll probably want peace after 10 turns and give you a bunch of gold.

Spec one into tradition first so your borders grow faster, then spec into liberty to get a free worker and settler. After that go back to tradition for the increased production of wonders and just farm wonders.

Luna is mediocre at best in the mid lane, but she stands a better chance then going solo against an aggressive dual lane where she can't contest anything. But realistically what it comes down to is how shitty the hero is, really only useful when you can get Satanic, Butterfly, Manta, before that you have to pray that the enemy team is dumb enough to always fight where there are no creeps, or wander around solo and die to eclipse every time. Really similar to Juggernaut in that aspect, which is probably why Procarbine likes her.
