I think only a couple of people said that though. No fighter in this tournament is near the Gods(dat mountain comparison), though Hit and maybe Monaka are probably the closet.
The lulz if this happens, before the inevitable rage that leads me to quitting the show.

Can Goku and Vegata fusion while SSG? That might be what it takes to take down a Hit.
Goku will have Hit beaten, but he'll then throw the fight so he can see Monaka fight. Seriously.

he can create portals that to put his fist through
that's my guess, and why vegeta isn't able to predict it.
and yeah, i agree that goku will beat hit but throw it to see monaka fight.
then, monaka is revealed as a fake, they lose, and the earths are switched.
when they get back to earth, it'll be under attack by some new threat from the new universe, and gohan will be left to protect it
edit: oh, yeah, FANTASTIC episode. really liked the dynamic between vegeta and cabba. hope we see more since the earth will obviously be switched
if they're REALLY planning on adhering to EoZ, i could see cabba dying and being the catalyst to have vegeta turn ssb2 - though i doubt they'd give someone who's name doesn't start with "go" a first transformation

Probably, but considering that show gave Goku and Vegeta new outfits I imagine they would want to do the same for Gohan at some point.
