Sorry, Beards are reserved for manly men. Gohan has to go home and be a family man. One who doesn't run out on his family any time he gets the chance.

I think being a good friend, husband and father makes Gohan the manliest man there is.
Well, by that metric, Krillin would actually be the manliest man cause he's all those things and he is way weaker but still shows up to protect the earth.

Also Goku and Vegeta just spent 3 years together and Goku STILL DIDN'T TEACH HIM FUCKING INSTANT TRANSMISSION.
How would Goku teach that to Vegeta in there though? It's another dimension.

There's pretty much zero tolerance for that stuff here anyway.
It was good.
Yes it did have some bad mixed into it, but it wasn't that bad and it was in very brief sequences.
Goku was drawn extremely well this time, but Vegeta not as well. They seem to be unable to draw them both well at the same time, it's actually pretty funny.
But yes the art was consistent with the "new arc quality" so far.

Goku can instant transmission like 2 feet, it shouldn't be hard, Vegeta could just lock onto Goku for it.
So I really loved the style of the episode. You could tell different artists worked on it, but whoever was in charge of those scenes gave such an OLD SCHOOL VIBE to it.

Yeah, lots of nice shots. I'm glad Kaioshin's first appearance was drawn well and Old Kaioshin wasn't drawn with a massive head like they've done so many times in Super.

I'm still wondering when Fat Buu and Hercule are finally going to tie the knot after seeing episode 30.
Still pissed that bird charged so much money to sing the Universal anthem and all he did was drop one bar and exited stage left.
I was expecting he'd be voiced by a female VA based on his appearance and the series' track record for doing so.
From all the promo stuff I thought Cabba would be female. Damn.

Cabba always looked male to me.
While it would have been nice to see a female fighter, I never thought Cabba was one. His hair has been used for several of Toriyama's male character designs already and Cabba's eyes don't have the typical female-style lashes.
