I don't know about Faulconer but there is a fan project that reinserted all of Yamamoto's themes back in Kai.
Same. Definitely missing the muscle mass and definition from Z. Everybody's entirely too small now.

that soundtrack is objectively bad imo but there is a total weirdness to it that is cool to me

I don't think there's anything with that, save for some select youtube clips with that soundtrack and the BoG-edited movie.
Come to think of it, Ressurection: F would probably be a better fit for Faulconer songs.

i saw a kid at work yesterday who was sitting on one of the benches drawing goku, on a piece of binder paper. classic. so i asked him about super. i guess he catches it every weekend with his friend on fuji and then watches a fansub later. his current fave is goku. the kids are hooked, dude!
it's also funny to me that this kid and his friend are going out of their way to dig up fansubs like it's 1997. granted, the barrier to entry is a bit lower than having to scour the internet for tapes, but come on. 20 years later and people still have to wait for an official release of a dragonball show that is already light years ahead in japan when we live in world of nearcasts and streaming

Someone finally told Eric Vale to lose the rasp that he had in the first Xenoverse.
Oh and Bandai is calling Black as Goku Black in the gamespot videos, so I guess that's what Funimation is going with whenever they dub Super.

They haven't been able to make a game that's as good as the Budokai Tenkaichi games to me. All I ask is the the fighting looks as fluid and powerful as those games did. I don't care as much about the actual mechanics.

Towa said it was a new spell she was using, shaving life for power. Maybe that means they're making the Z fighters weaker and the enemies stronger, instead of just the enemies stronger. Also, Cooler's in the RoF fight.
I wonder if Turles and Lord Slug have a bigger role then everybody else, it kind of seems like it. I'd actually like if all the movie villains were actually planning stuff with Towa and Mira, and then it was the canon villains like Frieza and Cell who have no clue what's going on, should make for fun interactions between canon and non canon characters..

Original story. Two kids (well, by default, you can make your avatar have the build of an adult character too) make a wish with the Dragonballs that create a world mixing different times and dimensions together, resulting in new and old villains running around causing chaos. The player's rival also quickly leaves and they end up separated. So, they attempt to find his missing friend and stop the villains causing havoc everywhere. In the main story, you generally meet the old villains in roughly the same progression from Z, although with twists, like Raditz and Nappa teaming up and later returning with

Something that might seem rather odd is that due to how the game works (it's basically a monster catching and training game), all versions of Goku aside from Kid Goku and all versions of Vegeta are pretty much only NPCs in the main story and need to be recruited from high level optional battles.

Reminds me of when I was in elementary school back when Ocean was dubbing DBZ. My friends and I used to buy fansub tapes from this shady lil corner hobby shop because we were too impatient to wait for new episodes.
I had a tape of SS2 Gohan vs Cell and was blown away that Gohan would eventually actually get older and stuff.

Really is crazy there is no dub.
It should have been day one dubbing released simultaneously. Like they did with Space Dandy. It is especially annoying that they have XV2 coming out with Black Goky as a preorder bonus, yet legally there is no way for people to have seen him.

So is Black immortal? If so, it's the perfect wish to make on a saiyan that can achieve godly ki since saiyans get more powerful enduring more punishment.

Here on Portugal the original Z cast returned and the DB Super dubbed is goind to start airing this Saturday.
Took a while but at least a generic tv channel is bringging it to all the people.

Akira McMahon should've given Future Trunks the strap in the Cell saga instead of that indie darling Gohan. The minute Gohan became the face of the company he got lazy and complacent until The Franchise, The Face that Runs this Place, Goku finally returned from injury(thanks to Gohan being a reckless worker) and took his spot back.
It was an abomination. Glad he dropped that and is doing a brand new ftrunks voice now. Let us hope for consistency now.

I get that nozawa isn't everyone's cup of tea but I've never seen anyone react with pure revulsion to her like I just did with vale lmao. i could not finish that trailer.
I hope there's a Japanese track option or I'm canceling my preorder and dumping my schmeckles into dokkan battle
