Like all the sites that I've seen that had builds had that guys build. When you get to the class change you get a stat reset thing so you can test some stuff out as well. Before you use it I mean.

I'm really digging this so far. It's been harder and harder lately to commit to mmos with time becoming more precious. The quick access to dungeons, multiple difficulty settings and option to group with friends just fits perfectly for me. Tried each of the classes, I think I'll stick with the archer, love the longbow.
So far my only complaints are:
-Would love higher res textures. The cinematic sequences are really neat, but when they zoom in on some blurry textures, it looks bad.
-Please let me turn off my character's name, I know who I am.
-Bag space. This will probably be the way they get my money.
I find myself replaying the dungeons to master then working to knock out the achievements before moving on to the next.

I really wish I know that that 30 number on auctions only refilled once a week. Shoulda just vendored the low level stuff since now I'm out of sales and have things that are going for 10g+
I'm really liking the game so far. Feels like a way more coherent story than something like Vindictus. It also has way more skills to play with, even at level 9.
Anyone know if some of these items I'm picking up actually useful? Like the cloth headbands and shield hilts. Inventory is extremely limited and I don't know if I should be hanging on to this stuff or just selling it when I can.

Holy crap, my game actually LOADED TODAY!!! I can actually play the freakin' game!!!
Just so folks are aware, when you're trying to clear a dungeon for max score (and thus max rank), you don't receive any points for clearing the dungeon faster. Time is not factored into your score at all, it is only used for some achievements on a per-dungeon basis. Your actual score/rank only seems to be determined by the amount of times you get hit and the strength of your combos - higher chains obviously score more points, and you get bonus points for doing aerial juggles and finishing blows.

I was pretty dead set on Cleric for a while before the game is released, but my buddy also rolled one and it kind sucks having a duplicate since we're going to be playing together a lot (although we are planning on branching our specializations). I might have to consider Sorceress...
I was enjoying the Warrior until I realized I was dropping juggles and combos because of lag. I'm out of the country until late September, so I'd rather not continue dropping combos all of August and September. Archer seemed fun but my friend also rolled an Archer. Priest. They are totally awesome and I don't regret my choice at all. Will probably go Saint whenever they up the level cap that high. The lightning relic is really good; I don't like the actual lightning spells that much (like Lightning Bolt or Mind Snapper) but they're good for spamming a combo chain higher. The relic is amazing though, and I can't wait to get more of them. The lightning relic alone has made soloing abyss on pretty much every dungeon I've encountered fairly simple. Unfortunately you don't get the next relic until 23 so I'll only have lightning & healing by the time I hit beta cap.

Is there a guild policy on alternate characters? I'd like to contribute some guild points while playing my Cleric and to have people to play with on that character, but if space is tight then never mind.

@jogarrr - I'm not sure if you get another free scroll when you hit the second subclass but you won't get to that point for months anyway. It requires level 45 and the level cap will be lower than that for a long while (they will increment the level cap post-release by 8 levels at set intervals).

Also, GAF guild is still up but Guild activity's petered out. I think a lot of the initial players lost interest, or it's because of MLG/EVO or I'm just crazy. I'm playing nearly the entire day though, so whisper me whenever and I'll send you an invite.

My Mystic is already level 24, so I'm leveling up a Mercenary in the meantime.

Ok I am playing way way too much of this game but loving every second of it. I made a paladin on the east server. When server is back up, I have a few friends that would like to join the guild (my self included). I know its a little buggy where the invite has to happen in town so we can coordinate then when it is up

Also, should look into the "Tenacious" title. It isn't implemented yet, but you can get all the other ones in it's meta. Will give like 25 to all stats and 40 to both attack types if they make it the same as the other versions, and everything for it can be done with the part of the game we have now.
