Drawn To Life Ign Preview

finally some decent videos of the game on the net.

Though I wish they'd of shown more than just the tutorial level, of course its simplistic, it's the tutorial level!

The preview only confirms all the good things we've been thinking all along. I especially like that you can apparantly draw aspects of the title/intro screen, and that you can trade drawings via local wireless. :D

I have a strong feeling that this game will get totally overlooked this Autumn. I hope not, it looks genuinely interesting and innovative. Would be good if the casuals pick up on it whilst the rest get in to some Phantom Hourglass and Contra!!

Developers/Publishers should really bring out more games earlier in the year instead of this stupid cram at the end! Surely the Wii/DS has shown that games will still sell throughout the rest of the year?!
Ah well, yet another one to add to my list of games to purchase later. Cheap games for next year! Lovely.

Well, 50% of all game sales for the year are done in Calendar Q4, so Q1, Q2 and Q3 sales TOGETHER equal Q4. So new, big titles have the best chance of selling in Q4, of course the competition is stiffer

But maybe that's because great games are released in Q4 and games in Q1, 2 and 3 mostly suck.

I'm excited for this game. I love the concept and from the looks of it they've managed to pull it off quite well. I need to get in contact with someone from THQ, I really want to play it.

Well it's no real accident, publishers set it up that way for Christmas, missing Christmas is very, very bad for a "big" title.
