Every download Station I've been to doesn't work.

weird, the two dedicated game shops in manchester (city centre and trafford centre) dont have any, thats GAME and Gamestation...kinda weird that the HMV has it instead.

mildly interested in checking these out.

Similar case in Swindon, we've got 2 Games (3 really) in the town centre, HMVs, Gamestations and Virgin Megastores but it's a small shop off of the main town centre which has it and an out of town Toys R Us.
