as was said in the other thread, what is funny is in a few years these things will go for big bucks as rare oddities.

I want to know who the people that made this were.
I'm being paid $35/hour to write some easy code to port this shit.

The greatest thing about this title is how rare it will undoubtedly be in ten years and how much money people will be paying for it in new condition.

Galactic Fork

A little fluff between the ears never did any harm...
What's really sad is A: there are like 10 copies at the Best Buy here in town and B: There seems to be a GBA version too...

If you can hold a game like this in your collection for 10 years, you deserve to be rewarded for your courage and resolve. :p

FYI: the really rare one will be Sega Casino. Mark my words.

Me and my copy of Easter Bunny's Big Day for PS would like a word with you about that.

Rarity is such an insidious beast... I was at an FYE today and saw a brand new copy of Dokapon for GBA sitting there.

I could buy it for the $35 they want and sell it on eBay for at least a $20 profit, but good lord.... why?! Foisting that mediocre crap on someone to make a profit would feel icky.

That's how I felt while playing Elf Bowling 1&2. It exists simply to con people out of $20.

Sadly, it probably will be rare at some point. It's certainly not as ubiquitous as Ford Racing 3 or Monster Trucks DS. And since Nintendo can recycle DS cards, even overstock can "vanish."

(BTW--if I had my way, Elf Bowling 1&2 would've received a 0.4, but, alas, GameSpot's rating categories go from 1 to 10).

Well, that had the whole crossover-collectible thing going for it.

This is assuming there are no crazy elf sports fans out there.

At any rate, the games that usually end up being worth the big big bucks are both rare AND good. Panzer Dragoon Saga, etc. Rare and bad can be worth money, but not nearly as much.
