I am surprised nobody posted about this yet.

ASHLAND, Ky. -- There usually isn't much humor in a robbery, but the employees of a Kentucky liquor store said they can't stop laughing about what happened last Friday.

Police said Kasey Kazee walked into Shamrock Liquors in Ashland, Ky., with duct tape wrapped around his head to conceal his face.

Store manager Bill Steele said he had some duct tape of his own -- a wooden club wrapped with duct tape that eventually sent the man with the wrapped face fleeing the store.

Store employee Craig Miller said he chased the man to the parking lot, tackled him and held him in a choke position until police arrived.

An unidentified customer also helped.

Kazee said in a jailhouse interview that police have the wrong man. He said he has no memory of going into the liquor store.

He also said he has no memory of police removing the duct tape.

When asked how he could deny being the duct-tape bandit when police said they have photos showing him with the duct tape on and then a photo revealing his face, Kazee looked straight at the camera and said, "Do I look like the duct-tape bandit to you?"

Miller said the man also had a T-shirt pulled up around his head during the robbery attempt, and that it reminded him of the "Cornholio" character from the "Beavis and Butthead" cartoon.

Steele said Kazee did get away with two rolls of change before he could grab his club and chase him away.

Police said they found much of the change in the parking lot.

I like how he is sticking to his story.. "wasn't me!"

I liked the Express' description this morning, "apparently unable to find a ski mask, pantyhose, Halloween mask, hockey mask, or paper bag, he went with..."

Oh please. Look at the crazy shit that goes down in Florida. This is pretty sane, almost normal even...but quite funny.

Atleast you guys aren't pegged as being inbred idiots, and then have news stories come around like this to prove it.

I was in Florida a few weeks ago to see Streetlight and RBF, and it seemed pretty normal in Orlando to me.

After watching this a couple of times... I kinda like the guy. He knew he'd never have another chance to do this again, so he did that performance in front of the camera. Plus, Shamrock Liquors has always sucked.

They should throw a 'Take down the Duct-Tape Bandit' bonus mission in Manhunt 2 for the Wii! With your own duct-tape wooden club! :lol

It could even feature this rap!

Nobody will get that reference. But, I get it. And I want to extend a hearty "well done."

I get the reference, but he could have chosen a better picture

It just hit me. Hahaha. :lol

Can't say too obscure, usually these references go right over my head.
