Those would be onions. I also use cilantro, dill, and rosemary for flavor, and it is cooked alongside carrots and lemons to give it some zest. It kinda became an E3 tradition for me since 04. Hey, after pulling an all-nighter, you wanna pay attention to the keynotes. What better than fish?

Only have a camera phone but here is the Serrano Burger I made to fuel me as I watch the conferences:

Ingredients:

Cooking vessels:

Portioning and Flavoring the meat (Lea & Perrins, yellow mustard, tobasco):

Prepping condiments:

Sauteing condiments:

6oz patty in the pan (sorry no barbecue)

Stacking condiments (half onion, whole Serrano, mayo, three Tobascos, Spinich, Mustard, Ketchup)

Burger with two Tillamooks (spicy jack and cheddar, spinach, dollop of fresh salsa)
