E3 Food?

I'm writing up recaps of all five pressers along with a friend for my site, so my food will just be whatever I can eat between furiously typing. Pop Tart for Breakfast though. I love me some WildBerry

But realistically, probably animal crackers, Ritz Bitz, water, and maybe a pizza after Ubisoft and before Sony.

I got a pack of chicken marinating in the fridge, waiting to be put in the broiler tomorrow. Gonna have to make an early morning beer run tomorrow, may pick up some side dishes as well.

made my traditional big pot of chili tonight, will be eating chili with the following to drink it down

I'm at work for most of the day unfortunately. I'll be here for Sony's around 6, and will probably just munch on some chips.

It's cheat day today and tomorrow. Lots of deep fried breaded food this morning, fajitas in the afternoon and Pho in Westminster just now. Tomorrow is fresh and easy Mediterranean pizzas for the ms and sony conferences. Then back to super strict keto.

This thread makes me hate living in the UK we have crap snacks and food =(

Well you could be in the US and have heart problems. I live in the US. Eat healthy. Exercise. Have hereditary heart issues. Survival of the fittest. Either way.. tomorrow is going to be an absolute binge.

Edit: My heart is still garbage.

We have something similar in Germany.

Served with raw onions on a roll, although it's usually pork(and contains more fat). It's delicious.

edit: I just noticed the hilarious URL(well at least it's funny for german speaking people)

I've not eaten this in ages (pepper and salt on top) because somehow I let myself get scared about potential health issues... but yeah it tastes fantastic.

What some people don't know is that you can get a similar experience/taste with replacing the meat with grinded Avocado (+ onions, salt and pepper), it's not exactly the same but it's close imo.

I always wondered about this: Do people ordinarily eat a whole pie of deep dish pizza or is it customary to just eat a slice? (living in Sweden, don't have deep dish pizza here)

One slice, maybe two if you're really hungry. Or more if you're fa... big.

I prefer a deep dish that looks more like this:

That's Pequod's. Only been once but it was good.

There are individual pies and pies big enough to share. Order a deep dish pie from one of Chicago's fine establishments right now and have it shipped to you frozen. Life changing.

Go to hell. I can't find an adjective for that picture... All I can ask is that you make an editorial of at least 500 words describing that meal.

It was really (x 400) good. They slow cook it (took 45 minutes to get my order) to caramelize the edges of the crust to a black crispy crunchy texture. Very high quality meat, lovely sausage, tbqh. Makes sense as Chicago is known for good meats. Very fresh cheese as well (Wisconsin is just north of Chicago). Fairly standard dough. Only complaint was that the sauce was a little boring. Table had parmesan and red pepper flake shakers, so that pepped it up.

Very nice pie. Lots of ambiance in the restaurant, also. Good "neighborhood" feel. Good place to hang out and watch a game. I'll definitely be going back when I move to Chicago. Oh, and totally reasonable, too: $5 for a one topping personal pan pizza and a soda during lunch hours. Check it out if you're ever in town:

This is such an awful thread. I have a sore throat and I'll have to stay away from most of the stuff posted. At least there will be coffee though.

Lmao cmon now, humans are not supposed to consume that.

It looks glorious

I am about to head to the gym so might go extra hard to allow for some greasy bullshit, why did I enter this thread....several times.

You guys are making me hungry.

I thought about it again, fuck pizza. I'll go with a more traditional way.

Good old poutine! :D

Or maybe I'll call both!

That sounds delicious.

Homemade pizza or two.....or three( i don't know how much my stomach can handle after weight loss ... maybe half of a pizza will be enough ). Water and sunflower seeds, maybe icecream for dessert. That's the plan. Most certainly will feel like shit afterwards but good in the process :-) See you soon diet!

Ya i was on this thread last night before going to bed and I had to shut it off cause i was so hungry and I dont wnat to fuck up my eating habits lol.

Thanks for the answers. I guess that both varieties exist, but the pie in the photo seems like a "1-2 slices at most" thing. I think that I will have to revisit the US (did not have the necessary freedom or pop cultural indoctrination when I went as a kid) some day to eat all the legendary fast food that you see and read about on the internet.

Generally, how ever much you want. But anything over half the pie in one sitting is a bit excessive for most people.
