E3 - WiiU - Bayonetta 2 Off-Screen Gameplay via GamekyoTV

This looks better than most of what I've seen for ps4 and xone. No kidding. And plays delicious.
Actually, having just left the show, this, mario kart and donkey kong all look next gen to me.
 
Looks great and so smooth. Bwahahaha.....and there are people out there saying that this looks like a upscaled 3DS games. Unbelievable. That's just a factually incorrect opinion.

DK doesn't really look impressive to me besides the fur on the charakters based on the trailers. MK and Bayonetta look very good. Any impressions on the gameplay of the games? And also for 3D world?
 
Whoa. Not a screen tear in sight.

Is that 60fps? Obviously phenomenally difficult to tell from video, but it just...feels greater than 30fps.
 
I hope they have toned down the QTEs but even if not this looks like the game that makes me buy a Wii U just like RE 4 made me buy a GameCube.

Mario Kart you know what to expect. The visual flare is just breathtaking though.
Bayonetta is incredibly responsive. The gameplay is intact but the action is hyped up a few notches. 60 fps both of them.

Mario I also loved. The levels are much more expansive than land, and cat mario plays totally different. 4 players is a blast.

Played every level of dk. Its returns on steroids. The blow mechanic is gone and the is a pull mechanic instead. It works because it has many more uses, like solving puzzles and attacking. The attention details in each level is even more pronounced than the original If that s even possible. There is swimming too and is awesome. Rolling underwater does a torpedo attack thats immensly satisfying.
 
Uhh, you guys do all realise that Youtube videos are capped at 30fps right?

I don't doubt the game will be 60fps but you can't actually see it in that video.
 
I loved the original bayo, and this game looks so amazing... but its so hard to buy a dead console. Hope I could get a WiiU in the future for 100 bucks.
 
Yep, this is definitely Bayonetta alright.

Amazing to see it again in all of it's glory. Nothing has been lost, only expanded. Well except for the hair. Which I am okay with.

Thank fuck for that if true. That first playthrough I got so many stones from insta-death, out of nowhere reaction QTEs

Image quality looked smooth as hell, and dat framerate. Dem cutlers. Dem whips on her mothafuckin' feet.

The queen has returned
