These shots look great, especially the second one. The lighting is simply jaw dropping in that one. No idea how anyone can say this looks bad or even "just okay". Also, that first shot may be full of jaggies, but at least we can see that the shadows render quite far into the distance. Speaking of shadows, I hope the current gen consoles no longer use dithered shadows in TPP. Those looked horrible in GZ.

Game needs some AA but it definitely looks better in motion versus screenshots.

Oddly enough MGSV doesn't screenshot very well with the lack of AA and how they render hair, but in motion everything tends to look pretty great.

The jaggies are pretty damn fucking ugly and not good enough.

I watched the gameplay demo http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1090863 and posted the same comment but no response. So I didn't want to bring the thread all about jaggies as everyone was rightly talking about its gameplay elements but as I noticed in this thread earlier, some have, so I wouldn't mind getting other peoples opinions on this.

Was the gameplay demo on a ps3? I linked my laptop to only a 42" tv and there was fucking jaggies all over the place, as well as DOF taking half a second to pop in and out.

What's going on? I bought GZ and it looks beautiful with no jaggies at all and yet this, is a fucking jaggfest.

Confused....

They really need to downsample. In fact, that should be a screenshot requirement from now on because you can do it through the driver control panel.

Ouch. The aliasing is really jarring.

Otherwise good lighting, overall a graphically convincing game which has come a long way since the early shots.

Yeah. Too much for myself. Recently bought a projector and this would just not be good enough at a large size screen - looked terrible on my 42".

What I can't understand, Ground Zero looked great!

Surely this can't be right?
