Idk about contributor articles validity or how they work but the author sounds legit and not a randomer.

More than likely it was a standby article that was accidentally published. When something is heavily rumored to happen, they'll write an article early announcing it, so that if the company does announce it, they can be one of the first to report on it. It's just strange that there aren't any details in that article, so I don't think that journalist has seen it yet.

It's good that photos will happen. They're recording it themselves so I'm not surprised that they don't want video. But pics at least mean we can get some timely looks at it, as I imagine their pre-recorded video will take a couple days to get posted, at least.
