So did anyone else find it wierd that in the Jan EGM(PS3 vs Wii feature) they list MGS4 exclusivity as one of the pros of the PS3.....

After stirring up so much shit last month with the MGS4 X360 rumor, it is strange the are now acting so blasé with this news?

maybe because its not confirmed yet. they cant remove the game from the key ps3 exclusive list unless its offical annoucment.

even though i think EGM is full of s&&t and this rumor is actully nothing but crap like they are

well konami just confirmed its exclusive to ps3

''The internet was aflutter with rumours this weekend, as reports speculated that the massive PlayStation 3 Metal Gear Solid instalment, Guns of the Patriots was stealthing its way over to Xbox 360 - rumours that Konami has since debunked to CVG.

"Konami has no plans to bring Metal Gear Solid 4 to the Xbox 360 at this time," a Konami representative told CVG, reiterating that the Hideo Kojima stealth-em-up was still "exclusive to PlayStation 3."

The original internet report pointed at the MGS instalment branching-out onto multiple platforms due to Konami's concerns that there won't be enough PS3s in gamers' hands by the time it hits shelves.

Though going by the company's official word, it looks like there'll be no Solid Snake action on Microsoft's console for the time being. We wouldn't totally rule out a 360 version in the long term, but you can bet the game will be exclusive to PS3 for at least a year.

i dont know if i should call that confirmation or not. its just PR from some dude. not Konami japan where is MGS4 being developed [ this dude doesnt know anything more than what his boss tell him to say. and even his boss probably doesnt know shit going on in konami japan ]

but still MGS4 for xbox 360 not gonna happen. MS didnt even get MGS3 even though xbox 1 had user base around the time mgs3 was out. its just Sony made sure the game is Sony exclusive for good.
