Ellen Page comes out as gay

I like Ellen Page's films. Juno was great. Inception was pretty good too.

I think she'd be an awesome lead in a 'traditional' Alien film.

It's balls-y to come out in the day and age still. It really shouldn't matter. Though I appreciate her doing this since I find it hot.

Gee, who saw that comin'...

Everyone named Ellen that I know of is a lesbian.

This makes two in my super scientific study.
You know, I think those are the only two Ellen's I know too.
Well I am surprised. Good for her. There goes my chance.
Yep. I guess now I don't have to fight anyone for her anymore.
Why do girls I find attractive always end up being lesbians?
Ha. I feel the same way. I worked with a girl, who kind of had the same body type, she was really cute, who I developed a pretty good rapport with. Then she revealed she was a lesbian. Well of course you are! I should have known that! I mean you were talking to me! I guess the short hair should have given it away though.

Add me to the "well duh" list.

Still, good for her! I really can't understand what a relief that must be, but more happiness is always good.

You know, honestly I thought she kind of was, especially after I saw Juno for some reason. But I'd never given it much thought, not that I ever needed to. Good for her for finally being strong enough to say it publicly.

I assumed she was queer, didn't think she was gay though. Whatever works for people, hope it is a non issue in terms of her getting work.

damn, good for her.

she always had a tomboy thing going, but i never thought she was gay.

don't think she's dated any male celebs i know of, at least publicly.

perhaps i should've seen it coming.

wtf wasn't she dating alexander skarsgard and broke up with a guy before him ?

I am baffled by this news..not that it affects me.

Just thoroughly confused.

EDIT: She didn't date him.Misinformation.

What's offensive about it?

'Of course she's gay' based on what logic? It's implying that gay people act a certain way or look a certain way. If she was spotted with women several times, that might make it less of a jump, but there's nothing about her that should make someone say it's obvious she was gay.
