Truly running their own concord trilogy of flops ; speedrun style.
Isn't the owner some rich nepo baby? All the money came from his daddy?Game looks like dog shit.
Same studio that somehow raised $100M in investors money for Splitgate 2. Give em credit. The execs know how to get money to fund their games.

Maybe. I dont know anything about that. I just remember this.Isn't the owner some rich nepo baby? All the money came from his daddy?
Reminded me of Brink too. The cover at least.Mocking aside, and to add to the conversation:
First impression was that visually it's very clean and corporate looking, but then the audio is rebellious music, like mix between Brink (if anyone remembers that one) and Mirror's Edge.
Just purely in terms of game mechanics Empulse could be fun for sure, but I like it when a game has some character, some personality to it which I feel is lacking for me here
It's because it has an art style of faded colours and a concrete environment with a smidge of colour splash. Similar to MrRibEye said above... has a Mirror's Edge slant to it.I'll give it a chance, but something about it feels passion-less, if that makes sense. It feels like the visuals / art is just missing something.

The fuck?
out of nowhere. Titanfall 1 and 2 are the reason I owned an xbox one back in the day.
day one for me.
ill stick to Empulse. the rest looks bad :/Weirdly, Titanfall clones are en vogue right now. 3 different ones are in the works that I am aware of (all are MP-focused, mostly PC indies.) Here are links to the other two:
