P.S. based on what I was able to follow, I say go with D, although it's clear you're starting to get C riled up by ignoring her and not looking desperate.. if you really wanted to get C you should have been acting like that from the get-go instead of telling her your feelings, calling her every night, friendzoning yourself, etc.

As for A & B. Arrange another meeting with just the 2 of them, and when B starts telling you to be more serious. Look her staight in the Eye, as serious as possible and tell them you want to have a threesome with them.
Or just meet with B and when the time comes tell her that you want to FHUTA.
Either way problem solved.
