This looks interesting. I'll reserve judgement until it comes out, as usual - I am sure a lot has been said on this topic, but I've not paid attention to most of it, so I'll say this much; It's very interesting to see the prototypical "modern day character mascot" (and his world) finally being resurrected and used in such a way properly fitting for the legacy, yet able to hang in this modern day world of Sonics (ahem), Marios, and Ratchet and Clanks. It's a very compelling world they are working with, here's hoping they aren't gonna rush things out the door.

Castle of Illusion in the 16-bit days absolutely blew me away... it's time for another Disney Masterpiece, after years of "Mickey Mouse" Mickey Mouse games!

That was pretty damn awesome. A s an animation nut it's impressive how they managed to make the 3d model of Mickey move and act in a way very reminiscent of the old black and white cartoons. The whole thing is actually making me somewhat regret selling my Wii a few months back..

That's one thing that confuses me, you see that at the beginning it takes place during the classic era, then as the calendar goes through history up until the supposed present and the last page shows current Mickey, but he's still the classic model when he wakes up, it doesn't explain WHY he's not his current self and is instead classic.
