Epic Rap Battles of History (Season Five)

Man, with Bill and Ted you have such a deep bench of people you can put in there. Kinda a missed opportunity. Not to say it's bad at all, but it could have been amazing.

About Lewis & Clark, there is a comedy movie with Matthew Perry and Chris Farley, where they try to reach the pacific before Lewis & Clark, and there is (of course) a Simpsons episode, one of those 3-historical-stories-episode, that tells the story of Lewis & Clark, including Milhouse getting scalped. :)
So, there is a chance that you could know who these two were, i'm btw. german and definitely not in any way an expert in american history!

And those who don't know Bill & Ted, you guys make me feel old. Go and watch one of the best youngster movie from the late 80s, and the (still good, but not as good as the first one) sequel from 1991.
Or watch the cartoon or look into finding an older Marvel comic series with BIll & Ted (according to Wikipedia, there was one).

Good battle, nice to see Rhett and Link again, i enjoy the battles with them. They almost seem like regulars for the battles.

Jeez. I somehow just discovered these. My evening was consumed. All of these were a lot of fun, with the standouts for me being Gates/Jobs, and the directors. I've enjoyed them all though.

I once personally watched Keith Murray battle some rapper in Richmond, Virginia (I wish I could recall his name) and it was epic as hell. Murray might not have been the best lyricist during his time but I can tell you the man can battle like no other on the spot. Destroyed him.

So I have the opportunity to go the ERB Live event here in Netherlands but sure if I want to go tickets are $20.
Would be cool to experience. but also thinking could be pretty lame and not have the vibe you want coming from a "internet kind of place".

What say you ERB gaf fans?

I'm glad I got around to watching Zeus vs Thor right now. Holyshit I've never seen a rap battle totally dismantle the opponent and also their people and culture in full force.

Do it. It's only $20 and if they're terrible you can come back and lampoon them

I never watched any of these before, but most of them are pretty good. The who won gimmick at the end is interesting because most of the time it's actually pretty even. Shakespear kicked Dr. Seuss' ass though.
