Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart is coming to PC in addition to PS Vita, if the Entertainment Rating Software Board is to go by. The board recently rated the game for both platforms.

This should come as a surprise to no one, given Idea Factory International’s recently announced initiative to bring their games to PC. Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 just launched on Steam last week, and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 and Fairy Fencer F are still on the way.]

Might end up holding off on getting Noire on the Vita for the time being just to see how this goes. But we still have RB2 and Fairy Fencer F before we'd get that game, so it might end up being a bit before hand.

Though I am wondering how FFF will end up running/playing on the PC. Can't imagine it'd be that much worse than the PS3. At least I hope so. Still, looking forward to all these releases on the PC, just feel kind of bad for how neglected my Vita is feeling lately.

Why would it be worse? I mean, besides the rather silly 1080p limit (which is easily fixed), the PC Neptunia release is pretty solid (running at a stable 60 FPS and all that).

It's completely free of any PC-specific enhancements mind you, but the basic implementation is solid and that alone elevates it far above anything running on PS3 and Vita on any semi-decent PC, from a technical perspective.

Oh, not saying it will. Just looking forward to seeing how it runs on the PC, considering how IF's first attempt into porting a game didn't turn out too badly at all. Just was mentioning how poorly it played on the PS3 and so on.

So just looking forward to it running better overall.

Another here for whom this may impact a Vita sale. The Rebirth 1 PC port is solid enough, if I decide to get other titles like this in the series I'd probably go PC/Steam.

When is fairy fencer f supposed to launch on Steam again? Did they ever mention a launch window or are there any estimates whatsoever?

They just said "next year" when they announced it (referring to 2015).

Ok, thanks. I was going to buy Neptunia Rebirth 1 but considering I already played it on PS3 (the non rebirth version, but still), might as well wait for Fairy Fencer then.
