Good call, still got my disc copy since it doesnt have a digital version. Surprised I forgot it. I think i will update the OP with some of these additions i have forgotten, thanks all.

Probably not "essential" (though they have higher Metacritic ratings than a bunch of games already on this list), but I just had to buy physical copies of the 3 numbered Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games and it made me think of this thread.

I don't know for sure, but Blur isn't available digitally on 360, so it may well be the same on PS3. Although that could be a licencing issue, with either the cars or the soundtrack. Sucks it's not there tho. I treasure my disc copy.
