EU PlayStation Sale - Part 2

where's my 10% discount code to back up this sale?

I'd put money on that we get the code the day after the sale ends, makes sense

I take it Bayonetta still performs terribly on PS3?

It hasn't been improved through patches or anything like that?
Depends on your tolerance for framerate issues. It is still easily the worst version avaliable but if its your only option it can still be fun to play. I played it long after launch and enjoyed it. I think some issues where patched but I couldn't tell you any more then that.

But still if your sensitive to low framerates in a way I'm not you should probably avoid.

Tales of Graces f + Tales of Xillia (Combo Pack)
Was €44.99, now €14.99

Wow, the price for the bundle is great. Everyone interested in Tales games should get that.

I'll probably buy Nidhogg and Vanquish this time.

My father is totally buying me that Xillia discovery edition since he lost my disc. Is there any difference between the Discovery edition and the Graces+Xillia bundle?

Nice price for Danganronpa but I'd rather pay 20€ and get a cart, like I was planning.

BTW at that price everyone here should buy Xillia 2.

EDF2025 worth it or it too obscure and bad optimized?

EDF is always worth it (unless it's that shit one). It is fairly similar to 2017 though, in case you have that already. Shooting massive ants in the face almost never gets old.

(2017 on vita is great too)

Must resist Danganronpa and MGS Ground Zeroes.

Don't have the money, want them physical and must first play the games I already have...

Tales of Hearts R isn't on that list, although if it were I'd be recommending it to everyone. Really underrated game.

I know, I just haven't paid full price for it because I did get Xilia 2 in a sale earlier this year so I was hoping for the same with Hearts.

Are people playing Nidhogg online?

Haven't tried online, only local multiplayer.

Is nidhogg worth 6,99?

Seems fun but it looks like so little content.

A resounding YES. Hands down the greatest local multiplayer game I have on there, if you have someone over Nidhogg should be the first game you load up, so much fun. The lack of content is a bummer but I still think it's worth it, very replayable.

You'll get it when they send it to you :V

Everyone grab Styx, really good stealth game.

PS3GAF, Bayonetta is an OK port, but get dat Vanquish.

Honestly, I'm not usually that sensitive to low framerates, it's just that the way some people talk, they've made out the PS3 version is almost unplayable.

Is there a lot of screen tearing? That probably annoys me more.

I think I'm in for Xilia and Graces f .

15 € is not bad at all.

Edit: People shouldn't buy Toukiden. The enhanced Kiwami (?) Edition is all but confirmed for a western release in 2015.

Tales of graces f for that price is a no brainer

Hm, I really liked Xillia 1&2 (only Tales games I've played) but I look at this one and the art style and character designs just turn me off. I also hear that the story is an absolute atrocity which is funny, because I'm reading the Eurogamer review right now and the writer has nothing but praise for it. I dunno, with the time commitment a rpg requires you really have to pick your battles.

Personally, I found Hohokum to be a big disappointment.

I bought it day one and maybe have played it an hour or two.
It's just a little passive. Swirl around things to see what they do, some simplistic puzzle mechanics and very cool sound design and art style, but man, there isn't really shit to do.

No idea whether the bundles includes the Discovery edition or just the normal edition tbh. :(

Xillia 2 is tempting but I'd rather get it physical as with all of my Tales games.

Well, what did you like about both Xillia games? If it was mainly the combat you should definitely get Graces since I found the Xillia combat to be a bit disappointing after having played Graces beforehand (Graces has the best Tales combat thus far imo). If you liked them mainly for plot and characters you might not like Graces.

That's why I like it. Very relaxed.
