Every 10 minutes Xbox360 giveaway thread

Yeah, just checked the drawings they have out there for caps and it's far above a good price. I should have sold referral codes before they stopped throwing them out there like nothing. Could have made enough for an xbox 360 :lol Anyway, best way to get codes seems to be at something like Sam's and just stock the fridge with opened Pepsi's after you write the code down.

except that stool pigeons on other forums(fatwallet) were calling pepsi about the auctions and they were being taken down

Hey, I just called the hotline guys, and here's a heads-up for anyone who won this weekend: basically, what the nice lady on the other line told me was that yes, nothing went out yesterday (labor day), so they have to sort through an extra amount today. Also, they are taking longer than 72, on average, to confirm most of the winners. So yeah, don't fret, all.

My sister out of state didn't know I won already and decided to win one for me this weekend with one code from a bottle cap. She won and called me up pretty excited she won me an Xbox 360.

I haven't told her yet I already got one, so I guess I get two now. :lol :lol

I'll probably sell it to one of my friends on the cheap, $100 or so.

Why not sell it for a reasonable price (if its a $400 console, $200 is still a good price), and buy something nice for your sister?

I told her to sell it on Ebay since she'd get it early and make some money off it but she didn't seem very interested in making easy money off it.

This way, I'm helping a friend of mine who probably wouldn't have been able to get a system at launch.

Wow, I didn't come in here at all, thinking it was a pyramid thing, that I don't have the patience for. Oh well, my brother drinks TONS of mountain dew though, so maybe I'll just make sure and get packages with codes on them from now on for him? Is it only on the 20oz and liter bottles or are codes on cans as well? Are they on code red?

One of my friends went to a NASCAR race with his cousin a few days ago, and he said that the racetrack was serving the 20oz Pepsi products with the codes. He managed to pick up ten caps before his cousin insisted they leave, and he's been bugging me about the missed opportunity since. He claims he could have easily collected 500 caps if he'd spent 45 minutes or so at it.

So there's an idea. Does anybody know any other event venue that serves Pepsi?

Only 20oz and 1-liter bottles for now. Starting in October, 7-11 will have two codes on 12 packs, and Target will have three codes on 24 packs. And it's all Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Sierra Mist products. So yes, Code Red is included - but I haven't seen any bottles with the markings.
 
As of today, this contest is getting more popular, and people are also getting smarter. Before, the early morning drawings were the smallest by far, but now people are dropping more and more codes in them. Most of them already have 250+ entered, 5-6 hours ahead of time. Me = fucked total.
 
As of today I still didn't get my email.

I read the post before about the nice lady on the telephone, and I hope they don't look too deeply into my win :(

They're useless to me now anyway. It doesn't let me enter them any longer, and I've got no plans to go about entering 2 every 24 hours from another account registered to someone else

I've looked over the TOS several times, and it really looks as though we're (referral people) are ok:
Game pieces and Codes thereon will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by Sponsor and its agents in their sole discretion to be any of the following: duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, cut, torn, erased or blank in whole or in part, illegible in whole or in part, smudged, disassembled or altered from the form in which it was issued (i.e., cap liner removed or missing on a bottle cap game piece), stolen, transferred, bartered, traded or auctioned (including, but not limited to an online Internet auction site), unissued, unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than retail purchase or free entry request), or if they fail to contain special markings, inks and/or security codes that may be applied by Sponsor at the time of production, or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Sponsor for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error.

I mean, shit. I obtained my codes legitimately, and they were all free code requests.
 
Thought I'd share that a friend of mine managed to lose a drawing that he had 480 codes entered in. :lol I feel bad because he's way more psyched about the 360 than I am.

What was the total entered? 'Cause if it was 480 in one of those 20,000+ drawings then "eh". But 480 in a 481 drawing = ogmwtf?!.. :lol
 
I think I'm gonna grow some balls and start asking people for their caps. I seen an older lady on the bus today and there was no way she was gonna use the cap. But I said nothing. Should have stalked her.

"Gimme your cap lady!"
 
He went to bed before the drawing, but he said he still had like an 89% chance of winning like 4 hours before the drawing. It's unlikely that anyone dropped several hundred entries of their own in an already crowded drawing.
 
How does this work? I've entered 2 codes and have two points. Do I need to select "play sweepstakes" and then enter the amount of points I want to play in order to have a chance at winning an x-box?

Btw, i've accumulated a massive ammount of codes lately, 3. Gonna hold on to em and see how many caps I run across in the next month though i don't want to wait too late. Oh, and in october the 12 and 24 packs start coming with 3 codes each. My dad buys like 5 or 6 of the 12 packs(cheaper i think) and they last like 2 weeks. So I mean, that's like 20 codes I should have. Not amazing odds or nothing but about as good as I'm gonna get. If I get my hustle on and hit the garbage cans I could grab like 100 I'm sure :lol :lol :lol
