Mostly curious to see Beasts' transformation to a human. (Spoiler alert!) Is it gonna be a pretty boy prince like the Disney movie (disappointment tbh), or will he retain the rough edge?

Gaston's the only man allowed to have a rough edge in a BntB movie.

Josh Gad as Le Fou is literal perfection. LOL

it's Dan Stevens.

Starting at the conceptual level, the Beast and Belle need to kiss, usually once he's human again. But here, what's stopping them? There's no hair on his face, his lips arent flabby and slobbery. He's got a damn beard!

This is a great Satan design though.

Emma's looking gorgeous as always. Set design seems to be on point, but the Beast looks terrible. I think Hollywood shies away from the werewolf type of creature because they're so hard to get right, but you have to wonder how a mainline Disney film can get it so wrong. Beast's face seems too human for comfort, but maybe it looks better in motion. I dunno, I can't imagine new Beast being as expressive as this...

Well he already looks more attractive than Emma Watson.

I swear she makes the same expression in every film I have seen her in.

The beast actually looks good what the fuck Hollywood I expected worse than this *rips ticket*

EDIT: Holy shit that looks like Gaston! ITS GASTON!

It looks like they just gave up with Lumiere. "Ah fuck it, just make him look a really small golden man."

Set design looks good.

It looks gorgeous.. I like the way Watson looks as belle.

Disney really knows how to go all out with these movies. I mean this looks as good as Cinderella, and I LOVED Cinderella.

I am super curious on if they re-shot that ballroom scene the way its done in the original, that camera move.. is probably one of the most memorable in animation history.

As many surmised, that's likely what they look like when they are pretending to be inanimate when either Belle or her father first arrive at the castle.
Lumiere's legs are just crossed, and he's twisted his body a bit.

... That being said, I'm disappointed that Lumiere even has feet.

I'm still not a fan of the Dark Souls-esque household objects, Gaston looks pretty puny in that image, and I am not a fan of Emma Watson, but that Beast looks really good. I'm slightly more excited for the movie now (I'm not all that excited period but I have a daughter, so I'll be watching it at some point).

Vincent Cassell is beast, huh? Is it any good? That's pretty intriguing.

It has beautiful set designs and tension. But it's super long and it feels super long. Where the Dinsey version compresses story elements, the french version (this happens in the B&W version as well) drags everything out and tells you in detail (more often than not, these details are superfluous).

Lea Seydoux is gorgeous as Belle though. So that's something.

The amount of furries this is gonna generate... Do you have any idea how many porn spinoffs they are going to make out of this? A new fetish will be born from this.

I hope Gaston lives up to the cartoon because he is amazing.

I remember being disappointed at the Beast's human transformation in the animated version.

Hopefully's this one will be better. Let Dan Stevens show up with his sexy stubbles from "The Guest".
