Yeah, i sorta forgive it for it since it's a anime. And i loved the way they have slowly built up their relationship over the series. BOTS 2 in particular is quite satisfying in how it handles it in the end. Plus it's a relationship between a abh and a human, so maybe the whole relationship is completely realistic within the context of the setting.:lol

Also if they got together at like say BOTS. It wouldn't have worked that well or being that very satisfying. I do wish there was more progression in their relationship in like say BOTS3. That should have been the turning point.>_>

But i find it's even worse since the main female protagonist is extremely vocal about her feelings for the main guy (unlike say lafiel), but the main guy seems like a total wimp and doesn't seem to go any further with the relationship! :lol despite that, their interactions remain very good and well-written.:lol

It's the "Of the stars" thing. It's the name of the novels. (the first novel is Sekai Trilogy: Crest of the Stars. Second is apparently "A Modest War" and the third is "Return to a Strange World.")

Although, I think I could be mistaken, and the sequel of the sekai trilogy would be the Banner of Stars series of novels. If that's right, then I'm not really sure what to call the whole thing.. >.>

Banner of the stars anime = Banner 1 novel

Banner of the stars 2 anime = Banner 2 novel
