Fallout 4 Glitch Thread

Only glitch I've had so far is the only time I have ever procced Mysterious Stranger was against a legendary raider, mysterious stranger launched him into the stratosphere and I couldn't loot. Drives the loot whore in me batty.

Has anyone else had that glitch where your screen goes like full on photo-negative?
The first time it happened to me was talking to granny in sanctuary, the second time it was after leaving the jet lab office building.
It doesn't go away on a reload, so you cna just save and load the game again. It only seems to go away after going through a load screen. However the problem here is that because of the photo-negative effect it's almost impossible to use the pip boy, so triggering a fast travel to force a load screen is ridiculously hard, the alternative is going through a loading door but that also requires you to be near one.

Subtitles for Sturges didn't work at the Freedom Museum. Apparently a known bug.
The water at the excavation site was actually Nintendo 64 concrete.
A ghoul came at me through a wall. Then Dogmeat fell through a pile of rubble and did battle in hell with another ghoul who'd apparently done the same.
A raider kept shouting whiny things at me despite not actually existing beyond a red dot on my radar.
I noticed things got significantly harder, and yup, the difficulty had upped itself.
The only cool bug I've had happen.

I did it in the 360 with fallout 3 and NV and i didn't have any problems.I want to enjoy the game early with the maximum level possible.I enjoy that.

This is superb
Only about 3 hours in but I found a cockroach that got stuck inside a trashcan. It could still move around and attack me but I couldn't hit it. Either it was a glitch or I came across the smartest cockroach in the wasteland.
I need to find me some trashcan armor, too.

I've had strange teleporting in the city areas south of diamond city. Game freezes and there's a loading icon in the corner and when I regain control my characters been moved to another part of the city.
Also happened when I was looking for Goodneighbour. I ended up walking underneath the terrain and found 2 random dead raiders to loot beneath the map. Suddenly the game freezes and loads and next thing I'm at the Goodneighbour entrance by the stores.
^yep very much what I'm talking about but I normally end up on solid ground not the air haha.

The point is that you go get a new piece of tech on each quest, it's not a glitch.
"Go do these quests and get a ton of XP! What an exploit!"
My subtitles straight up don't work beyond the first sentence. I just turned them off hours in since they got stuck after the first NPC line of dialogue, only changing for a player choice of response, then going back to the same first sentence they uttered.
It's fucking bizarre.

Had this happen to me too, but with a laser rifle. I also happened to been aiming a little up as I was just checking out the new gun. My destination wound up being in the air, and the fall was fatal. lolAfter the reload, I was not able to repeat it.
This happens with VATS too.
Yup this is the first major bug I encountered. Reload didn't fix it for me unfortunately. I just hurried through the quest there and went on my way.
Same thing happened to me and a couple others in the same place. I was cracking up.

Dogmeat started walking around on his hind legs everywhere, you can't really tell but he's not propped up against that fuel pump he's actually just walking around like that.
A new interesting way to hold your revolver, Ocelot is taking pointers.(Sort of main quest spoilers, but not really anything you aren't told from the moment you encounter the character)

I had a glitch happen to me that I unfortunately didn't get recorded, but it was pretty weird. I equipped a new pistol, walked about 20 yards, then I ADS to check the sights, and I get warped back to where I equipped the pistol.

I had one earlier after using a terminal where my character was completely frozen but my right stick let me look around inside my character model. I forgot to save the clip, though, and it was overwritten.
I swear every single settler and minuteman has been on a roof in Sanctuary, too. Codsworth in particular is up there half the time I fast travel back.
Also had my arm blown off by a supermutant and the resulting bloodspray spun my corpse around like a pinwheel.

Corvega Assembly Plant is totally broken for me now. In the middle of the USS constitution quest and now when entering the plant, I just continually fall through the floor at 1fps while all the NPCs and Objects are pushed up against me. Impossible to finish the quest
Been to this location a bunch of times before and cleared it already...but now it is 100% busted. PC version...I have verified files, restarted PC, reverted to a previous savegame....no difference
I put in the no clip command into the console, just to find out what the hell was going on in there....all the NPCs and objects seem to be pushed to one end of the building, and for some reason my character continually thinks he is swimming
