Fallout 4 Glitch Thread

Not sure why this is worth a thread. Barely noticed any glitches yet and already play it for 50 hours while I stumble over glitches in Witcher 3 and other open world games every two minutes. Friends say the same.
I'm pleasantly surprised. Too bad the loading times are the worst shit I've ever experience in a game. Those are worth a thread.

Last night I started having an issue where my weapon/Pipboy would become invisible. Obviously, it makes Pipboy unuseable. I can get around it by holstering my current weapon and drawing it again, but it's still annoying.

Welp... I finally ran into some game breakers today. First one was the inability to complete a main faction quest in order to align myself with a certain faction. I have to clear a rendezvous point of some enemy raiders... But the quest never progresses after thoroughly killing everything in sight. I bit the bullet and tried to continue the main quest without that faction by having dog meat do the scent tracking bit. I start following dog meat... He vanishes into thin air in front of my eyes.
Okay Bethesda, now I'm glad I merely borrowed the game from my brother... You ain't gonna get a penny from me for this shit. Fix it, then I'll consider a buy.

I can't finish the miscellaneous objective tied to the
side mission. I was supposed to wait 7 in-game days and go back but I returned much, much later. When I do, the NPC is angry at me and won't give me my reward. Anyone here know what I'm talking about and is there a solution or am I screwed?

I had something similar happen, except it happened to my gun. Swapping weapons seemed to fix it though.
Seen plenty of weird physics issues durng my playthrough, including this playful little box that wanted to come explore with me.

About half the time or more. It's really annoying, even though quicksaving and then loading doesn't take a huge amount of time.
