Greatest 3D game of all time. I don't think a single person at Bethesda understands it, so we must all pray that they don't try and remake it. Advocate against it, collect signatures, spray paint art installations, whatever you gotta do. If gamers never contribute anything to society, let this be the one thing. Under no circumstances can Bethesda release a new New Vegas.
It was a great game. I still like Fallout 3 more. The Caesar quest line felt unfinished. Maybe a mod had fixed it by now.
Fallout 3 and NV could use a refresh. But I fear they would neuter the games, as they always do these days. That darn modern audience.
Seeing Obsidian go from making this to becoming what they are now is sad to see. So many great game developers have been pushed out of the industry to make way for activists.
Too bad I never stuck with it. Everyone says it's a great Fallout game after patches.
I bailed after the first month as it was boring in the desert and was really glitchy. Bethesda games always are (Wayne Gretzky Hockey games back in the day buggiest sports games ever), it was on a whole new level when I played vanilla Vegas. Had freezes, stuttering, NPCs glitching through floors and floating into the ceiling. Never went back.
Absolutely need to replay this, years ago for some reason I bought ROW version and played everything but Lonesome Road, which I then couldn't buy because apparently all the DLCs on the Steam store were linked to a different region. Had to ask the support to manually remove the game, then I rebought everything. Incredible game and probably the best Fallout.
