Why would the West want the vilest of monetised garbage from Bethesda?
That's the *same* logic as seeing a terror gang bomb a foreign nation and saying "why can't they bomb us?"
No wonder the big publishers think their customers are morons, when one reads comments like this one.
There is no crime in being so stupid, you think playing monetised loot box sh-t is OK. Everyone is entitled to their own tastes and preferences- as in Freedom of Conscience. *But* just because you accept something truly rotten does not mean it would be a good thing if more of that rottenness was created instead of something decent.
Bethesda is currently in a very bad place, where its leaders are, well evil. I cannot put it any other way. Their one and only desire is to look deep into the 'mind' of their target audience, and detect those weaknesses they can exploit to the max. Zenimax is run by an individual so crooked, he is *banned* by law from ever doing business in his old field of employment. So he moved to the 'wild west' where the law has yet to really operate properly- ie., computer gaming.
Unfortunately, crooked Zenimax has incompetent Beth to implement the gaming cons on the hard-of-thinking. Well, actually cos Beth is that incompetent, Zenimax has other divisions making MTX games instead- like this Chinese shelter, and Elder Scrolls online.
PS Beth sued WB for using the same indy company to make Westworld as made Fallout Shelter. Yet Rage 2 is 90% the same code as was used in WB's Mad Max game. No-one should be giving any love to Zenimax or Bethesda, even if you play their games. In a toxic industry, they are easily the most toxic.
