After watching it a few times, that small kid is pretty lucky not to have smashed his head on either the concrete or onto the corner of the bricks behind him.

Turns out the video is pretty good. The kid took the bullying for a long time, reacted only once instead of going for total beat down, and walked away. That's about as good as it gets with "fight videos".
